Welcome to the brand new website created especially for women and girls regional rugby in the East Midlands. 

The East Midlands includes the following counties : Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Rutland.

The website will keep you up-to-date with this year's RFUW Regional Programmes for U15, U18 and Seniors.
